located in the historical site of San Blas, three streets away from the
Plaza de Armas, at the corner of a pedestrian street and a dead-end street,
which assures you tranquillity and rest during your stay with us. The
Cusco’s International airport is just 10 minutes away in our van.
By walking through the principal stone entry of the hotel, you will find a
residence with all the architectural features of pre-Inca, Inca and Colonial
age, as well as four Inca stone walls (andenes), perfectly combined with all
the fixtures and fittings required by a three star hotel boutique, such as :
*30,000 liters water supply, which ensures us a 100% supply of water during
at least three days without public supply.
*Technical room with a water heater for hygienic utilities and for central
heating of all rooms and public areas of the hotel.
*Six water pumps to ensure a good flow of cold and warm water in the rooms

nationals with 60 consecutive days or more in Peru. To avoid this tax,
foreign nationals and Peruvians who live abroad must present during hotel
check-in their Customs stamped Andean Immigration Card - TAM, their Customs
stamped original passport and the visa that certifies they live abroad (this
last requirement is only for Peruvians that live outside Peru). Additionally,
in case the room is shared by both a taxable and a non-taxable guest at the
same time, the Sales Tax will be applied.
